A prototype of the patented machine is ready. There are many mopping sweeping machines on the market, commonly featuring a brush, mop, solution tank, and vacuum fan. Most of these machines are manufactured using a complex process involving a broom brush, vacuum, and spraying solution. In addition to the high cost of maintenance, specialized technical personnel are required. My machine, however, utilizes a very simple technology. It consists of two brushes for sweeping and a conveyor belt for mopping. The machine incorporates two solution tanks: the mopping belt passes through the first tank of solution to clean the surface, with the dirt remaining in the same tank. Then, as the mop belt enters the second tank filled with clean solution, it emerges and moves back to the surface. This repeated cleaning with a cleaning solution ensures that the surface is both germ-free and clean. The maintenance of the machine only requires replacing the mop belt, which utilizes straightforward technology that can be easily done by anyone with common sense. In contrast, another machine in the market utilizes a complex vacuum-based system, which often leaves the dirty solution stuck to the surface. The cost of other machines available for household use exceeds 40 thousand, while my machine will be priced around 20 thousand.
